Refunds and Exchanges:

Subject to the conditions listed below, items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns that do not comply with the listed conditions may be refused.

Most of the items in our catalog also have an exchange or repair warranty. The warranty period for products varies and may be subject to change. If you have questions about the warranty on an item please contact the VoIP Connection or the manufacturer.

We recommend you preserve all packing materials until products are successfully deployed.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all refunds and exchanges. If you need to return an item for any reason, please complete and return this RMA Request Form to receive an RMA number:

Completed forms should be faxed to (321)989-0284 or emailed to rma@thevoipconnection.com.

Returns that do not meet the following conditions will not be accepted:

Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic/anti-static bags, etc.)
Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
All manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.
