Typographical Errors

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The VoIP Connection™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. The VoIP Connection™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. The VoIP Connection™ is a reseller to end user customers and reserves the right to decline orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by The VoIP Connection™.

Order Processing and Shipping
The VoIP Connection™ will make every attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders received before 4:00 PM EST will usually be shipped the same day, but our ability to process your order is subject to item availability, order volume, shipping restrictions and other circumstances and as such cannot be guaranteed. The VoIP Connection™ may elect to have part or all of an order shipped directly from a manufacturer or distributor whose policies and shipping schedules may also impact delivery. Backorder Policy
On occasion, the product you ordered is unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available when you ordered it originally or another customer’s order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. Most backordered items are restocked within 3 - 5 days so we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item(s) as soon as possible. We will never charge your credit card until the product ships. Should you elect to cancel your order at any time, please contact The VoIP Connection™ by phone or by email.

International Orders
The VoIP Connection™ welcomes our International customers, but due to the associated credit risk and shipping complexity we reserve the right to decline any International order for any reason. We also reserve the right to request payment via bank wire transfer for orders where credit card payment cannot be verified. Because rates vary dramatically and change often, The VoIP Connection™ shopping cart cannot always calculate International shipping costs automatically. In these cases, please contact us by phone or email to arrange a shipping method. A surcharge may be added by The VoIP Connection™ to cover our additional handling costs. International customers are solely responsible for handling all import procedures and processing as well as any duties, taxes, agent fees and other costs.

Sales Taxes
The VoIP Connection™ shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Cancellation Policy
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting a service representative at 800-990-6728 or sending an email to
support@thevoipconnection.com with the subject “CANCEL ORDER ID X”, where X equals your order id (if available). In the body of the email, please be sure to include the contact information that was entered in the billing section of your order. Your cancellation request must be received by 2:00 pm EST the same business day the order is placed to avoid cancellation fees. If your order is successfully cancelled, we will email you a cancellation confirmation. Otherwise, the cancellation will be handled as a return and as such will be subject to all restocking fees under the standard return policy.

Returns and Refunds
Subject to the conditions listed below, standard inventory items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be refused.
Most of the items in our catalog also have an exchange or repair warrantee. The warrantee period for products varies and may be subject to change. Additional warrantee coverage, if any, is provided solely by the product's manufacturer. If you have questions about the warrantee on an item please contact the VoIP Connection or the manufacturer.
Special order items or custom configured items may only be returned for warrantee repair and/or replacement at the discretion of the manufacturer.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all refunds and exchanges. If you need to return an item for any reason, please complete and return this RMA Request Form to receive an RMA number:

Returns that do not meet the following conditions will not be accepted:
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
- Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
- All accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
- The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.
Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. The VoIP Connection™ will pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products and ship via Ground shipping. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage and use a shipping method that provides detailed tracking information.
Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products.

time. If call volume is excessive we may not be able to offer immediate
assistance but we will make every attempt to respond as quickly as possible,
usually within 24 hours. Support is also available through our on-line

for technical service and support can sometimes be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. The VoIP Connection™ provides

Knowledge Base, links to on-line documentation,
user groups, and other information as applicable

Jurisdiction and Venue
Items purchased are deemed to be purchased in the State of Florida.
You agree that any legal action brought against The VoIP Connection™ shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the The VoIP Connection™ sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Brevard County, Florida.
