Q: When will my order get shipped?
A: We process all orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your order is received by 2:00pm EST, it will ship the same day. If any items are not in inventory, we will notify you via email that the item(s) are on backorder and provide you with an estimated delivery date. Any items in stock will be shipped. Please check all inbox folders for this email to ensure that the email is not automatically redirected. If the estimated delivery date is not agreeable, please send an email to orders@thevoipconnection.com or call us to change the order status for the backordered items.
Depending on the order details, we can try to get items drop-shipped directly to you and eliminate any delays.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products subject to certain conditions. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Most of our products also have a replacement warranty. Please click

Q: Do you ship international orders?
A: The VoIP Connection does not ship to international addresses.
Q: What kind of support can I expect for free?
A: We offer free email and phone support for all of our products. Phone support is available Monday-Friday between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Eastern time. If call volume is excessive we may not be able to offer immediate assistance but we will make every attempt to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Q: What is the difference between support and consulting?
A: Support includes basic device configuration and troubleshooting. Efforts involving application development, server configuration and system engineering are generally considered billable consulting. Our consulting rates vary depending on the complexity of the project, please contact a sales representative for more information.
Q: What is an Open Box item?
A: An Open Box item is defined as one that we can not sell as new. In some cases these are items where the manufacturer's packaging is damaged or incomplete, but it also applies to items we have used in our testing lab, demo to a customer, or recovered RMA items.
These phones have been tested in our lab and determined to be fully functional. The phones are delivered with all accessories (unless noted) and come with a full manufacturers warranty from date of purchase, just as a new phone would, at a slightly reduced cost.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: With the exception of resellers and certain tax-exempt organizations, state law requires that we charge residents of Florida 6% Sales tax.
Q: Will you provision devices for me?
A: We are happy to configure your devices for you before shipping if you provide us with the settings that you require.
Q: What is the charge for provisioning?
A: There is no extra charge.
